General Return Policy

Items ordered from JuneLily Beauty can be returned within 30 days from when you received your order. If you decide to make a return, please kindly message our customer support team and state the issue of return so they could assist you with your issue.


Inaccurate website description, Wrong Item Sent, Defective Item

If we have shipped an incorrect item or missing items, item did not match website description or the item you received is defective, please contact our customer service team directly us as soon as you can so that we can assist you with your return. Orders can be exchanged for replacement or refunded.

* For inaccurate website description, if your model or model number was not listed on the product page website, it will be assumed that item is not compatible with your model and your return will be marked as "bought by mistake". Buyer will have to pay for return shipping plus the restocking fee to cover costs. If you have questions about product compatibility, sizing and dimensions, please do not hesitate to message us first for more information so that we can point you in the right direction.


Bought by mistake, change of mind, order refused

If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, had a change of mind and decided that you don't like or no longer need the item, or you refused the order when it was delivered to your address and still want the item again, you can contact us for the return but we will be charging a restocking fee plus the return shipping at buyer's cost.
